Hi, I'm Sarth. I am a UX Designer/ Researcher and a Storyteller.

I work on large scale UX Research problems. These include creating equitable experience within the New Delhi Railway Station transit hub, building trust amidst users at nurture.farm and designing the New Delhi Metro App.

I have a background in architecture and documentary photography－both subjects that inform my approach in connecting with people and having a systems level understanding of a problem.

Taking a hiatus from work, I am currently pursuing a masters program in UX Research at the University of Texas, at Austin.

Projects

nurture.farm

nurture.farm is an open, digital platform for sustainable agriculture. I found ways for nurture.farm to build trust with its 250k+ users－Indian farmers, through formative usability assessment.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd

The Delhi Metro is used by 650,000+ users everyday. I was responsible for the generative user research for the design of their mobile application (with 5M+ downloads on the Google Play Store).

Tractebel Engineering

Advocated for User's perspective in the design for the $850 million redesign of the New Delhi Railway Station. Responsible for identifying touchpoints in mobility, accessibility and transit quality. Analyzed design methods to connect the station the larger urban tissue.
